Owodunni Temiloluwa is an Entrepreneurship Educator, Manufacturing and Operations Consultant, and Training & Curriculum Manager at Ananse Africa, where he leads the design and implementation of industry-driven entrepreneurship and workforce development programmes across multiple African countries.
With over 15 years of experience spanning manufacturing, business development, technical and vocational education, and enterprise development, he has trained and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs, designers, and young professionals, helping them transform innovative ideas into sustainable and scalable businesses.
Before joining Ananse Africa, Temiloluwa served as Operations Manager of one of Nigeria’s leading garment manufacturing companies, where he led factory operations, production planning, quality systems, workforce development, and manufacturing process optimization. His industry experience bridges strategy and execution, making him a sought-after facilitator on entrepreneurship, operations, manufacturing excellence, and business growth.
He has received executive and professional training from leading international institutions, including Harvard Business School, the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), Turin, Italy, Rome Business School, and UNESCO-UNEVOC, with certifications in entrepreneurship, innovation, training of trainers, quality assurance, and skills development.
As a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and Africa’s creative economy, Temiloluwa has worked with governments, development organizations, educational institutions, and industry partners to design programmes that bridge the gap between education and employment. His work focuses on equipping young people with the entrepreneurial mindset, practical business skills, and industry exposure needed to build globally competitive enterprises and create sustainable economic impact.
