Modurotoluwa Ajayi is a creative business enabler with over a decade of hands-on experience spanning consulting, Oil and Gas, Technology, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, and Security-Risk sectors. He leads the talent strategy for Halogen Group as the Talent Manager.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he studied Psychology. He has worked on projects as a consultant, facilitating and driving transformation. His client engagement has enabled him to establish the Human Resources department from scratch and build high-performance teams that drive organisational value and sustainability.
Modurotoluwa is a rounded generalist with a strong grasp of Talent Management. He enjoys engaging business stakeholders in executing strategies. His background in psychology allows him to approach the practice of Human Resources with a strong knowledge perspective.
Modurotoluwa is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. He is an Employer Branding-certified Enthusiast and a Scrum Foundational Certified professional. He has led the Human Resources department of a global communications advisory company with operations in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and the United Kingdom, where he executed strategies with value and visibility.
Modurotoluwa is a Pioneer Member of AEHRP and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Elite Human Resources Professionals, where he currently serves as the First Vice-President. He has received several awards from the Association of Elite Human Resources Professionals. He is happily married and resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
