Architect Folasiji Bomi-Daniels

Chartered Architect and Chief Investment Officer, Kabzeel Group, Member, Board of Directors

Folasiji Bomi-Daniels is a Chartered Architect with over a decade of experience spanning project management, design, construction management, and, more recently, permaculture design. He currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at the Kabzeel Group—an ecosystem of companies, cooperatives, and communities focused on sustainable development.

In his role, Folasiji oversees strategic investments and drives financial planning efforts that support the group’s vision of building resilient, regenerative communities. His work bridges architecture and agriculture, with a focus on solutions that align economic growth with environmental responsibility.

Folasiji is also the founder of the Farmbanking concept and currently leads the Greenland Permaculture Association—Nigeria’s first registered body dedicated to permaculture advocacy and education. Through this platform, he champions initiatives that promote ecological restoration, food security, and sustainable living practices.

Arc. Bomi-Daniels serves as the Program Director of the Ikara Farm City Project, an expansive initiative covering 875 acres (350 hectares) dedicated to Regenerative Development. This project integrates multiple disciplines, including architecture, real estate, agriculture, ecology, tourism, community development, and permaculture. It is designed as an impact-driven, community-based venture aimed at enhancing the lives of local inhabitants while fostering ecological stewardship and generating surplus outputs. In his capacity as Program Director, Arc. Bomi-Daniels is responsible for the ideation, creation, design, and implementation of this transformative project, effectively merging elements of business development, agriculture, architecture, and permaculture.

He is a graduate of the Joseph Business School and continues to contribute to conversations around green economy models and community-led innovation across Africa.
